Paying your account
A complete statement is sent to all members at the end of each month. This indicates all purchases for the month as well as the amount due. The amount must be settled in full at the end of each month. Interest is charged on the outstanding amount if payment is not made.
Methods of payment
Debit order
This hassle free method allows Cape Consumers to claim the amount due on a monthly basis from the bank nominated by the member.
Electronic payment at ATM
All banks will link the members’ bank account to Cape Consumers bank account for convenience payments from any ATM.
Cash deposits
Cash deposit Fees are 56c per R100.00 deposited with a minimum fee of R 5.00.
Shoprite/Checkers Money Market
Shoprite/Checkers-Money Market Cash Deposit Fee is R5,43 regardless of the amount deposited.
Post Office
Post Office is R9,20 regardless of the amount deposited.
